This course was developed by the Small Urban and Rural Transit Center (SURTC), a program of the Upper Great Plains Transportation Institute at North Dakota State University.  It offers a unique opportunity for hands-on, intensive training in developing details of a business plan for the individual transit system using actual data.

Participants will learn how to clarify their agency's goals and priorities, and will construct up to a 3-year operating and capital budget projection for their organization.
