The Incident Investigation and Tracking course is geared to managers and supervisors who may be involved in incident management, risk management or training.  The course provides an overview of the topics, tools, and guidelines needed to establish an incident prevention program at their system.

By the end of this training course, the learner will be able to:

• State how incident investigation and tracking impacts transit operations
• List policies to aid in incident prevention
• Demonstrate basic tasks recommended for investigating an incident
• Evaluate two incident tracking databases
